Pre-Order Enquiries
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise you on the expected timeframe.
Please remember that pre-order products are made to order and take approximately 4–5 weeks from the date the pre-order window closes to be made, quality checked, prepared and delivered. In rare circumstances, orders may take up to 6 weeks from the date the pre-order window closes.
